P: My game is way too blurry! A: Depending on your resolution/game settings, the blur caused by the antialiasing technique FXAA can be too strong. You can either disable it in the reshade overlay or lower the effect (first slider)
P: The colors are completely washed out! A: The preset was designed with slightly desaturated greens, more saturated reds, stronger white curve etc. You can try a different lighting mod to pair with (changes the result enormously), or tweak qUINT_lightroom to your liking. Or maybe you simply don’t like my preset.
P: I play on a potato and I even can’t afford to use the lite preset. A: You can still benefit from the same color shading by only selecting Technicolor 2 and qUINT_Lightroom for a fps loss of maybe 1-2
HOW TO UNINSTALL
Remove the following files: - dxgi.dll - Reshade.ini - Exodus_Original.ini / Exodus_Extreme.ini / Exodus_Lite.ini - reshade-shaders folder
Hey, it looks nice for what i got running, but either its my fault for doing something wrong or this needs an update. Its my first time doing anything with re-shade (Version 4.7.0) so i dont know whats going on or how to fix it but i get 3 errors on startup for
Unfortunately I have to get rid of it, as it is right now, my game is way too dark now once the sun settles or Im in a building/cave etc. I dont mind using Cat potion in the wild but if i cant see anything in a house when i talk to someone or such, its too much :/
I really like this re-shade it's replaced my old re-engaged from ver2.0. I was able to tweak my settings almost just right. Colorful dry, cold days, intense natural light, not bloomish or saturated with Wiedzmin Lighting Mod. My nights are close to prefect, yet the night sky and moon are still too bright after gamma and slight tv adj. Any more settings or mods you recommend that would help with darker nights, almost torch needed. Or anyone that has close to the same set up with this. I use friendly mediation and cannot merge darker nights properly to save my life. I got a lot into this already lol. Thanks everyone for any help or advice.
In my opinion, the surface sharpen is completely pointless when you dull it down with FXAA. Save some FPS and turn off Surface sharpen and FXAA and get the exact same look.

--> Phoenix Lighting Mod version 2
--> Wiedzmin Lighting Mod version 8 (more desaturated)
--> Phoenix Lighting Mod version 7.1 (more contrast)
NOT RECOMMENDED :
--> Vanilla : too warm
--> Phoenix Lighting Mod version 13 : harsh light
Edit : You can download the full modlist in the Files section.

Is there any way to fix this?

2- Install reshade and select witcher3.exe, located in the x64 folder (...\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt GOTY\bin\x64).
I got to C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\The Witcher 3\Config backup\bin My only options after that are...
C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\The Witcher 3\Config backup\bin\config
C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\The Witcher 3\Config backup\bin\config\base
C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\The Witcher 3\Config backup\bin\config\r4game\user_config_matrix\pc
Can someone run me though how to use this with the steam version?
