It's just ReShade mod so just go for latest Reshade on net (I used 4.3.0) then put Bewitching Main.ini and Bewitching Toussaint.ini in your \bin\x64 folder, press "Home" and select Bewitching Main.ini for the main game or Bewitching Toussaint.ini for Blood and Vine DLC.
