EDIT : I found it! Start walking/running and push F1 to start Freecam. Geralt starts walking by himself! This could be a bug on my end, but I'm using it regardless!
hi guys, i wan to ask how to spawn one or two npc like with hunter (sword1h) but not attacking geralt, and keep geralt status in combat mode, i try "spawn('sword1h',false)" but not work, the spawned witch hunter still attack me, i specifically want to try this to test some dodge and combat mod
NEXT GEN Install these two mods by reading the instructions carefully and it will work. One is freecam and the other is teleportation during freecam. https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/7408?tab=description https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/4558?tab=description
Depends on the game version you are using. It works on 1.32 (classic) version, like the name says. But if you update to 4.x (next-gen), you will have to look for a mod for that version.
A lot of modding tools still need to be updated. For example (afaIk) are also sound mods not yet possible on 4.x.
I am not sure what a debug console mod does other than enabling the consol itself. But if you just need the input line, you can manually enable it by editing the "[TW3-Game]\bin\config\base\general.ini" and add the line "DBG Console On = true" (without spaces or "). The keybind then depends on your localisation and is hardcoded (sadly) AND different to the also hardcoded keybinds from frecam/debug mods. Means if you use a mod that enables the console while you also use this ini edit you will have two keybinds to use the console.
And for Freecam, you could try Nvidia Ansel. It doesn't work with every game (I guess because it is some sort of buildin freecam and photo mode they have to implement) and I can't say if it works with 4.x but it worked on 1.32.
Like mentioned Nvidia Ansel for a freecam alternative and for the console you can use the casual way of activating it manually.
Edit, lol, i just saw that Nexus replaces DBG Console On = true (without spaces) with DBG javascript-event-stripped true (also without spaces). But when I edit my comment it shows the correct text again. I'm sry if anyone tried to write the javascript stuff into the ini.
Doesn't work for me (on complete edition v4.01). Installed with Vortex (with whatever necessary mods) and ran script merger to fix conflicts. Still no dice.
1: This mod is for the 1.32 version of the game. 2: This is not a mod. This comes not in the mods folder and instead replaces actual game files. 3: Vortex seems to have problems with mods when they have file that have to be placed outside the mods folder. And maybe even with mods that are packed in a weird way (for example bin folder inside the mod itself and so on). I would recommand to install mods manually.
I'm aware of all of this but this "mod" is part of Nexus' "additional files required" to be able to install the Next-Gen freecam so it goes in the bag. I've tried installing manually to the game's exe directory but nothing happens, which is why I tried on Vortex.
What next gen mod do you want to use that says that this mod is required? And no matter what another mod says, since this mod is for 1.32 and not updated to 4.0x I would recommand to wait till a propper next gen frecam mod gets released.

Debug console opens with F2 key.
Quick question : are you able to freeze the camera in one fixed place and move Geralt in Free Camera Mode?
EDIT : I found out by walking, then pushing F1 to turn on Freecam.
