The mere thought of Geralt finally being `up there´ with Batman, Spider-Man, and all those Assassin's Creed dudes... Good idea, this mod. Saves a lot of time & frustration due to reload.
Whoever was the tester of "Next Gen Compatible" list is a very bad tester!
The affected script was updated, and they even tweak the fall damage and roll in Next Gen, so no more instant death when falling from a little wall. Thus using this mod will revert the change to the old classic version.
If they are popular demand, I'll gladly update this mod.

More realistic for a witcher than the default die from sliding down a small hill... With all the mutation Gerald of the river has had he shouldn't die from a fall that would barely hurt my ankle.
He doesn't die from a fall that would hurt your ankle, but somehow NOBODY understood the mechanics that you have to press "jump" shortly before touching the ground so Geralt would roll and avoid damage.
First the mechanic is bad, second you can still die from small falls because geralt can't detect certain slopes. This mod pretty much fixes the game, Realism and Fun are complete oposites, people should know this before creating a game. Specially if you create buggy mechanics such as these.

He doesn't die from a fall that would hurt my ankle. True. ...because I can jump from 3-4 meters and land on my feet without being injured or in pain, but it is often fatal for Geralt to jump down 3-4 meters and land on his feet.

Ah yes, I forgot how in real life you have to jump right when you hit the ground. I can't believe I never once thought of using Ocarina of Time exploits to get past the witcher. Little known fact, you can also wall jump up a single wall, also just like in real life. Super Metroid can teach you a lot about being a witcher.

CDPR forgot to include the tutorial for falling correctly, that's why nobody knows how to survive^^ :)
