Hello everyone! 

I saw this game nearly 5 months ago and I started to play. And I was so into it like everyone, I'm still so. And I have finished it 4 times.
In my 1st playthrough, I didn't know the game quite well and it lasted 240 hours to complete. And I realised that I'd missed some secrets and contents. In my second playthorugh (It lasted 100 hours..), I tried to mod the game but as I didn't know the modding very well so, things were missed, my game was lil broken. (Fast Travel from Everywhere mod, actually destroyed my game because I hadn't read it well and ended up with %30 campaign loss. But OK.) Then I started my 3rd playthrough. I chose different ways, I romanced Triss but many "question marks" and "contracts" were not done. So basically, I had finished the game just to see what was actually going on at the end.

Aaand there it goes, nearly 1.5 months ago, I decided to play this game again, and started my 4th. Finished 1.5 weeks ago. My ambition was to get the best ending and to choose the possible bests. I was determined. I really wanted to finish it %100. And I hope I did :)

I wanted to represent a little intro about my playthroughs. Thanks y'all if you read this part too :)

"WARNING, IT INCLUDES HEAVLY SPOILER"

So, what did I do on my 4th playthrough? Here is the list:

- Finished main story
- Finished "Heart of Stone" Expansion Pack (That was amazing. Again and again. :) 
- Finished "Blood and Wine" Expansion Pack
- Collected Each Gwent Card
- Did Each Contract
- Discovered All Places (No question mark left)
- Collected Each Diagram, Schematic and formula. 
- %100 Side-Quests completion.
- 4M coin already.
- 100 character level.
- Full Crew at Kaer Mohren
~135 hours playtime


Main Story:
-Nilfgaardian Empire wins the war. So, V. Radovid, and Dijkstra are dead. (The Best Ending Imao)
-Cirilla Fiona Elen Riannon chose to be a Witcher. (The Best Ending Imao)
-Ceyrs an Craite is the empress of Skellige. Hope she rules it well. (The Best Ending Imao)
-Romanced Yen (I tried Triss in my previous playthorughs but y'know, Triss is for kids, Yen is for men ;)
-Emyhr var Emreis managed to survive.  (You know, they attempted to make him fall and kill.) 
-Alexander's notes were taken from Keira Metz. (She has already memorized the notes so it doesn't matter taking them) But I didn't let her go to V. Radovid so She's alive. Even she romanced Lambert. <3 (At the moment she's at Kaer Mohren, you can check :)
-Tree Spirit was killed. Baron's wife is alive. Baron didn't commit suicide. (The Best Valen Ending) But Tamara doesn't love her father, still *-* :( 
-Whoreson Jr. is dead. (Thank you V. Radovid, I love you <3)
-Sarah and Corinne Tilly lives together.

HoS:
-Managed to solve Gaunter O'Dimm's puzzle so Olgierd lives. "Iris(Olgierd's Sabre)" is given as present by Olgierd and put over the AeronDight at Corvo Bianco.
-Slept with Shani (Gaunter O'Dimm said "that was our night and to have fun" so why not?)
-Declared to Otto Bamber (Herbalist in HOS) that, his friend Folkert's body was eaten by cannibals at Erde. I didn't kill them, but when I arrived at Erde second time, Otto had already made them killed. They got what they deserved imao. 
-Killed both of Borsodi Bros at robbery (I think this is the best) -Eveline Gallo and Quinto were in my group.
-Bought everything at the auction.
-I didn't take the rose from Iris, I brought the painting to Olgierd. (was more meaningful for me.) 

Blood And Wine:
- Dettlaff dies, Sylvia Anna (Syanna) lives so Anna Henrietta lives. (In my opinion, Syanna had to die but this is the happiest Ending.)
- Regis is dishonored due to killing Dettlaff. (Regis killed him because of Syanna, I think Syanna was the villain here, not Dettlaff, but anyways.)
- Guillaume de Launfal and Vivienne Romenced. (Curse is transferred.)
- Lebioda's Statue is done. 
- Secret Elf Ancient Ruins were found. The key can be found in Marlene's(Ghost's) home but got to look carefully.
- Geralt Of Rivia saw that Orianna was a female vampire. (After that, I changed my way to Syanna and tried to find her. Elder Vampire wasn't visited.)
- Marlene works at Corvo Bianco (Curse is lifted.)
- Corvo Bianco is all decorated. (You can find anything you want in the stash. I put "anything" about campaign in it. Also I put every sword from question marks in it too.(Relics only). They all have 3 glyps or 3 runes or words.)
- All prizes (Gwent and fist-fight) are claimed. Also had Gold Stick of Joy, too.
- Reginald Statue awaits you at the enter of Corvo Bianco's cellar. 
- Vermentino and Coranata are allies. Even they romanced <<3  Vermentino and Coranata's Vineyard problems are solved also the guy who's responsible for sabotage was found. And  Belgraad Vineyard's case was solved, too. "3 is better than 1"
- The Wine is named as "Butcher of Blaviken" (You know Vermentino and Coranata created a wine which they suppose it's even better than Est-Est ha ha, you wish.)
- "AeronDight" is claimed. (Embodiment of the Five Virtues)

Extra:
- Pricilla's slayer is dead. Also, sychopath torturer is dead. 
- There is a secret(hidden) mission in a statue (Kont Romily's Statue "I'm not sure about the name") If it's disassembled, a secret mission appears. It's also found and completed. It was a secret treasure.)
- Geralt Of Rivia is such Hollywood actor and did his best at the theater(It's written by Pricilla) to find Dudu. 
- Geralt Of Rivia is terrible actor and f***ked Dandelion's theater :D :D 
- "I don't kill any monsters if they're harmless. Neither other witchers do. Several times, I have saved a lot of monsters from humans, too." Geralt of Rivia said. I did the same through campaign. All the sakkabusses, the trolls were saved/protected unless they caused any harm. 
- Slept with every woman except Triss Merigold. 
- The best horse equipment set so far is equipped. (Caparison of Lament (Devil's Saddle), Undvik Horse Blinders, Beuclair Saddlebags)
- Bottemless Carafe and Cornucopia(Horn of Plenty) are at the inventory. =)

v1.1
-When I was wasting time on YouTube, I saw a The Witcher 3 video. And I noticed that I had missed a side-quest (!) in Blood and Wine: "Equine Phantoms". So I completed it and re-uploaded the save. (That was a different and fun experience. If you haven't done this mission, you definitely must try it. It's located in north-east of Toussaint map, you can google it.)
-My toxicity is no more 550, I managed to solve it. It's 327 now with my build. Also, I re-builted my character. There will be no problem any more when you're at the mutation panel.
-I saved the game after I disabled all my mods. So my game was unmodded. I have taken some warnings, problems about that, so I decided to reupload it without any mod activation.
-Also I added 4 dye removers to the inventory.
-I saved it at twilight. Very beautiful scenery awaits you. =)

v1.2
- "New Moon Armour (Relic) was missing." I was warned. It's found, glyphed and worded.
- "Order of the Flaming Rose Armour." is crafted and worded.
- Dimeritium bomb is also in the inventory which was the only item with missing schematic.
- Now I can say that it's really %100 save game if I haven't missed any side-quests.
- I have said it before but saying again: Each quest item, each question mark item are in the stash. (Relics Only) (If any items include tvarog or pyerog rune, it looks like standart. Of course, they're originally relic. If you remove the runes, it can be seen.
- My game was unmodded as It was in v1.1 to prevent any warnings or problems.
- I saved it at twilight again. Very beautiful scenery awaits you. =) Have fun!

** I fixed some weird textings (again) smh how cringe. Have fun y'all!
