Summary: Roach Stamina
This is a quick-fix cheat to make horse races easier by giving Roach 9 times more stamina. It works in 1.08.x, might work in older versions, if you test it in an older version please post your results in the comments.

Mod was updated to use proper mod installation way from v1.08 should work up to v1.12 with HoS DLC (works with 1.21 and B&W DLC but there are bugs with some quests).
Use Infinite Roach Stamina mod instead.
I've created a new mod which allows to infinite gallop usage only to the horse that Geralt uses because this mod multiplies stamina of all horses (including that the NPC uses).
INSTALL
1. Download the Mod file.
2. Unpack to the "The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Install Directory\mods\" directory.
3. Start the game and enjoy.
UNSTALLATION STEPS
1. Navigate to the "The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Install Directory\mods\" directory.
2. Remove "modSuperRoachStamina" directory.
3. Start the game and enjoy.
The stuff bellow is for QuickBMS version and some notes from mod author.
NOTE: You should be familiar with the workings of quickbms

3. Make a backup of the original "patch.bundle" file. *put this backup someplace OUTSIDE of the game's directory tree.
4. Extract the downloaded mod into the current directory "The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Install Directory\content\patch0\bundles".
5. Double-click on the "RoachStamina.bat" file to start the install process (Note: You may need to RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR).
6. Let quickbms work it's magic, and press ENTER when finished.
7. Start the game and enjoy.

As I am no longer actively playing or modding Witcher 3, I will not be creating a "/mods" version. The only thing this mod does is change the value of 'stamina' on line 14 in file gameplay\items\def_item_horse.xml from 100 to 900. I have no idea how to do that in a proper "/mods" mod, and at this time I have no interest in learning how to do that. As per the permissions, anyone is free to reverse engineer this hack into a proper mod.
