About this mod

Made the glyphs and runes slightly more powerful so that they are worth using.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
Changed all glyphs and runes (including DLC) to be slightly more but not too powerful. A 2% chance is just too low, it means once every 50 sword hits, while 5% means once every 20 hits. My values: 4, 6, 8 translate into once every 25, 17, 13 sword hits.

Suggestion: Don't pick up any runes/glyphs and instead craft them. Makes things more interesting and actually adds value to them. Also it will drain a bit of your money, especially since you'll have to buy the recipes.
