About this mod
Makes the skill tree less restrictive by halving the number of required points for each tier.

I don't like how I have to put points in skills I don't really need, in order to unlock higher tier skills. This mod halves the number of required points invested in a tree for each tier. There shouldn't be any conflicts as there are very minor changes in the scripts. And if you do have conflicts, they should be very easy to solve.
Note: The value on the screen is the vanilla value, but the skills are accessible.
Note 2: Haven't tried it with Slots Slots Slots, but if there are conflicts, they should be very easy to fix.
Swords
Vanilla - 8, 20, 30
Modded - 4, 10, 15
Signs
Vanilla - 6, 18, 28
Modded - 3, 9, 14
Alchemy
Vanilla - 8, 20, 28
