My Postprocessing settings: Blur-off Motion blur- off Anti-aliasing-on Bloom-on Sharpening-off Ambient Occlusion- HBAO+. I added a touch of Diffuse Glow after taking images: feel free to disable, but I believe it's the cherry atop the cake. Enjoy, my friends. You will need to adjust Gamma in-game and tv, along with contrast, most likely.
