-Redid every aspect since PTL
-overhauled all weathers
-new cloudy weather
-diverse colors to emphasize different times of day
-dark but playable nights
-rebalanced weather occurrence percentage

Installation:
mod goes into Mods

Optional File:
The Brighter Interiors file has a lot brighter interiors! This is just for people who can't stand dark interiors.
I recommend using the main file since the Mod is supposed to look natural and realistic.
Also, since tweaking Toussaint interiors with the current tools is not an easy thing, this version will be buggy and look weird in most/many cases. Especially cutscenes.
Nights are still dark and they will stay that dark. Dark nights are an essential point in the theme of this mod. If your monitor and ingame settings are correctly
calibrated, you can see everything fine and won't have any crushed blacks. Check below.
-> Crushed blacks are not intended and are mostly caused by wrong monitor calibration/gamma settings. Do this:

Do you still have issues?
Since a lot of Lighting mods now use files from other regions, they can conflict with this mod. I always only used toussaint specific files
to keep the mod as compatible as possible. So there is no way to make it compatible from my side.
To fix stuff, give my mod a highter priority in the mods.settings file in your documents folder. This may cause issues in other regions tho!
If you don't know what to do, a quick google search should give you an answer!
