The lovely Roksa(♥) approached me about making a Phil with restored eyes and I adored the idea. I whipped up a texture and she worked her magic to restore her eyes and voilà!
We've also included a blindfolded version.=)

- All of Triss and Ciri's extra textures are included. (hurt, crying etc....)
- Also included is an optional tweak that turns off one of the pore detail overlays .
(I feel that it's overkill considering how detailed the NPC normal maps are + it looks awful on Yen.)
There's a comparison shot in the images tab if you're not sure what I'm talking about.

Place the contents of the archive inside your Mods folder.
