Note that the DLL needs to be in the "The Witcher 3\bin\x64\plugins" folder, *not* the one that has the witcher3.exe.
After that, pressing F2 in-game brings up the console.
Had this issue too, downloaded the regular mode and wouldn't show up on 1.06v. I downloaded an updated .dll that stated to fix the mod after 1.05v broke it and that one seemed to fix it.
I have this same issue. i tried the fix on the other forum with the alternative download and nothing works, it wont show up. I also downloaded the new VCRedist because my game wouldnt open at first but now it does and the console still doesn't show up.
I did the same as well i have version 1.06 i did everything the videos told me to do and even unzipped the files and copied and pasted them under the (X64) folder in my game folder.....but when i log on to the game i hit the tild key and have tried the F2 Key none of which bring down the console command promt window. Am I doing something wrong? or is this mod just not compatible with version 1.06? and if its not compatible is there a way to downgrade to the lower versions?

I download this mod, did everything you wrote. My game start but when i click ` or f2 console didn't show. Any suggestion? Help?
