This mod replaces the headmodel of Triss with the one used in The Witcher 2.
It's far from perfect, but i didn't encounter any severe bugs during my testing.
Yet there are some flaws, so if you are really nitpicky this mod is not for you.

Some flaws i noticed the mod has:
- neck seam (especially noticeable during romance-sences)
- hair clipping through hood sometimes
- slightly lower quality textures (it's using edited Witcher 2-textures for now, i find it to look decent enough in most occasions though)
- some facial animations may look weird (eyelids/brows), the weights aren't adjusted perfectly

I might or might not adress these in the future. Note that i made this mod mainly for myself and even if it's far from perfect, i still prefer playing with it in its current state than playing with Triss' vanilla appearance.
Feel free to edit it improve it or do whatever you want with it.

Compatibility
- As shown in the screenshots it is compatible with Triss' alternative outfit, since the Witcher 2 head model doesn't have any ears though, there are none.
- It is compatible with the TW2 Triss Outfit mod by Scoutbr0 , however the neck seam seemed to be a bit more visible with it
- I haven't done any testing with other mods that alter Triss' appearance in any way, but if you encounter any bugs or incompatibilities, feel free to report them

The auburn hair used in some of the screenshots is from this mod and is not included.
