I created this presets for myself but decided to share. I hope you like it (:
You needed: Wiedzmin Lighting Mod v8.0, latest ReShade.
In addition to the main preset, there are presets for Swamp and Skellige.

Вам понадобится: Wiedzmin Lighting Mod v8.0 и последняя версия ReShade.
Помимо базового пресета, имеются пресеты для Болот и Скеллиге.
[Install/Установка Reshade]
[ENG]
1. Download the latest version ReShade
2. After downloading, run the exe, click "Select game", specify the path to witcher3.exe.
3. Select Direct3D 10 + (REQUIRED)
4. After, a message appears that asks you to "Download standard effects?", press "Yes". Reshade is installed.
5. Open my archive and drop all files into The Witcher 3\bin\x64
6. Go to the game, waiting for all effects loaded, press Shift + F2, click continue, then you'll see a red bar. Click the arrow on the red bar and choose a preset that you like. Next, click "continue" and "finish".
DONE!
I recommend to go into the Settings in the "Effect the Toggle Key" and put a convenient on/off button reshade effect (def key Scroll Lock). "Usage Mode" highly recommended switch on the "Performance mode".
NUM 9 On/Off DOF (Experemental)
[RUS]
1. Скачиваем последнюю версию Reshade
2. После скачивания, запускаем файл, нажимаем "Select game", указываем путь к witcher3.exe.
3. Выбираем Direct3D 10+ (ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО)
4. После, появится сообщение с вопросом "Скачать коллекцию стандартных эффектов?", нажимаем "да", после чего попросят выбрать, какие эффекты установить, не снимая галочек нажимаем "Ok". Reshade установлен.
5. Откройте скачанный архив, скиньте все файлы в The Witcher 3\bin\x64.
6. Заходим в игру, ждём, когда прогрузятся все эффекты, нажимаем Shift + F2, нажимаем "Continue", у красной полоски нажмите на стрелку, выбирайте нужный Вам пресет, далее нажимаем "continue" и "finish".
ГОТОВО!
Рекомендую зайти в Settings, в строке "Effect Toggle Key" и поставить удобную для Вас клавишу включения/выключения решейда (обычно ставится на Scroll Lock). Так же в "Usage Mode" рекомендую переключить в режим "Performance mode". Чуть ниже можете поставить клавишу для создания скриншотов (по умолчанию Preen Screen) и выбрать формат, в котором будут создаваться скриншоты (по умолчанию .bmp), рекомендую выбрать ".png".
DOF включается/отключается Num 9 (Экспериментальная версия)
