Hi everyone. sadly i can not update this mod to 1.10. i lack the knowledge. If there is any user who can help me convert this mod to something that can be installed using NMM and that will work with 1.10 - please, by all means - PM me. even though personally i do not use this mod any more, i DO wish that the ppl who do - can keep on doing so.
i know there are tutorials but sadly i couldnt get things done myself. i would appreciate any assistance if anyone can help with a relatively simple task as to implement my changes via the modkit.
Installed it and added it to mod.settings (not sure if that's needed but did anyways) Doesn't seem to be working. But may be that it only doesn't work in NG+ , as I just started that.
Only tested on a underwater drowner tho, so perhaps it doesn't affect underwater. Was first enemy i felt it needed because everything was easy enough at lvl34 in velen till that.. Think it was 40, so just barely a red skull. Would knock off 90% of my health in 1 hit, and take like 15 bolts to take down. Yet ones in your level range, 1 left lower do 1/10th dmg and get 1 shot, so that scaling seems pretty dumb to me.
6 years later and I'm here, facing the same problems that you had back in 2015 and looking for a mod that gets around it. So, really, no update? oh man...
first I wanna say that I find your mod extremly good, and that it fix a great "immersive" bug in The Witcher 3. Geralt is an experienced monster slayer when The Witcher 3 began, and don't have to grind monsters to reach level 4,5 or 6 so that he can slay that "red level" monster.
The Witcher 3 is an awesome game and one of my favourits, but this is an aspect which I don't like.
So I try out your mod last year, and in my opinion it's exactly what The Witcher 3 needs! So I was a little disappointed, when I saw that you don't update your mod any longer
There are some other mods out there, which try to do the same like your mod. But they don't work as good as your mod does. So I want to ask you:
Can you update your mod, so that it will work with the Blood and Wine DLC? I don't can do this, because I don't have that much experience in programming like you. But I really whish, that I can play your mod with the Blood and Wine DLC.
Was it intended to remove the line : <shock_resistance_perc type="add" always_random="false" min="0.01" max="0.01" /> in MonsterLevelBonusGroupArmored ?
