About this mod
Inventory Fix mod:
You can now bring only two weapons or 5 lbs of weapons with you (not counting equipped ones):
- you can bring more than 2 weapons as long as they weigh less than 5 lbs.
- you can bring more than 5 lbs of weapons as long as they're 2 or less.
Same applies to armors but with a limit of 1 or 10 lbs

In my adaptation, I did so that not only the overload would be added, but that Geralt would fall exhausted to the ground.
