About this mod

This mod aims to bring the look of the grass in Novigrad/Velen closer to what is seen in the E3-demo.

Permissions and credits
I know there are already plenty of mods out there that claim to bring back the good old "E3"-look. The grass however is a topic that is kinda overlooked mostly. It featured translucency which can't be brought back by us mortal users unfortunately but it also seemed to look more "grassy" somehow.
This mod tries to get closer to that "more grassy" look, by replacing one grass-type from the final game with the grass-type that looked like it was way more predominant in the E3 gameplay demo. The only affected areas are Novigrad and Velen.
There are two versions of the mod which slightly differ from each other visually:

-E3 Grass: Simply increases the amount of the grass type which was the predominant one during the E3-demo. Requires just the base-game
-BaW Grass: This version adds one of the grass-type from Toussaint to Novigrad/Velen. You NEED to have Blood and Wine installed to use this however.

Here is a video comparison. First clip of every scene is vanilla, second is the "E3"-variant, and third clip is the version with the BaW-grass:

Note that i didn't test every part of Novigrad and Velen yet, so if you come across any problems with this mod, feel free to report them.
This mod MIGHT affect the performance of your game due to the grass being more dense in some areas. I didn''t notice any significant drop on my rig, if you do though lowering the ingame grass-density setting a little bit should help!

How to install:

1.Download ONE of the two archives and extract it to your  "..\The WItcher 3 Wild Hunt\Mods" directory.
2.Enjoy the grass!

Updates:
-1.1: Only for non-BaW-variant. Uses a slightly different grass model. A little bit closer to E3-grass. Check the latest screeenshots. (24.04.2017)
