I've encountered multiple bugs with the euphoria mutation:
I'm not sure if the intended behavior is that the effect only gets added in combat and removed after combat, but the description mentions nothing about combat. (Also, states like "in combat" and "out of combat" don't exist in the real world and are just a method of simplification in games.)

- The buff is only given once you drink a decoction, not a potion, however if you already have the buff, it does get increased by potions.
- The buff gets added when drinking a decoction, no matter whether you are in combat or not
- The buff stays on the hud even after the effect declines to 0%.

- modFixEuphoriaAlways : As long as you have toxicity, you get the euphoria effect.
- modFixEuphoriaCombat: As long as you have toxicity and are in combat, you get the effect.
- modFixEuphoriaCombatStart: Like modFixEuphoriaCombat, except that the effect doesn't get removed after combat. This prevents the player from noticing that combat ended (similar to no-auto-sheathe mods)
