About this mod

Second level Signs skills are always active.
Second level Alchemy skills are always active.
All Perks skills (except Battle Frenzy) are always active.

Permissions and credits
Small mod to enhance skill management for combat oriented witcher.

Second level Signs skills are always active.
Second level Alchemy skills are always active.
All Perks skills (except Battle Frenzy) are always active.
You still need to spend one skill point to 'buy' them.
Combat skills are untouched.

Above "always active" skills (Signs, Alchemy) can't be added to active slots, so no mutagens bonus will be available from them.
It's balancing feature - you get 'always active' skill but you won't get mutagen bonuses.

It was created & tested on 1.31 GOG GOTY version.

I've created this mod basing on  "Perks Always Active" mod so credits goes to wlsdks0706 .
Please endorse his source mod.

Install :
Extract to your .../mods folder.
This mini mod has & modifies one file : PlayerAbilityManager.ws
Script merging will be needed in most cases - but should be no problem.

It was tested (merging & game play) with Ghost Mode Mod.
Currently modification works only in 'main game', not in New Game Plus, but could be easy copied to game plus.

Save game compatible.
