To answer the questions to whether this is compatible with weather and lighting mods, so I don't have to keep repeating myself. Yes, this is compatible with all weather and lighting mods. This just retextures the clouds and does not change any other settings.

were you able to get this mod to work? So far I have just noticed the exact same sh!t vanilla clouds. Am I missing something there is no download instructions so Im assuming there are no extra steps to take other than installing through a mod manager or just placing the mod file in the mods folder
For some reason, your mod is not working. Several times installed and removed it, looked at different types of clouds - they remain original. I see it well. There are no conflicting mods.
I installed and nothing has changed. I deleted all the modifications and the result of the same. The textures of the clouds remain as in the vanilla game.
