^ So what are the default fx files? I haven't modded a game in 7 years, I have no idea. Why presuppose that all the people who want to fix the horrible colors in The Witcher 3 are familiar with modding? It's so annoying running into a barrier when trying to do something you know is really simple because the instructions presuppose you know stuff you don't.
For those of who who would like to use this preset with the newest version of Reshade, make sure you add "TechniqueSorting=Tonemap,Vibrance,Levels,LiftGammaGain" to the top of the ini fine (without the quotes).
Thank you. But I hope you implement an antialialising in your reshade because the game looks worse without it imho. I can't activate the fxaa in nvidia control panel with the reshade 3 because it makes the game shimmer...
Edit: After a few tests with msaa and fxaa in the reshade I decided to use only fxaa. This is simply amazing. The reshade keeps the best of vanilla and improves the color brilliantly... thank you very much. Endorsed.
But it takes a lot of iterations to get the balance between daytime and nighttime right. Without the powerful options of an enb like the Bethesda titles have it's always difficult to make days clearer and free of yellow haze at the same time as you make nights darker. Most reshades that makes nights darker just make it so that Geralt is wearing sunshades at all time, including daytime.
I haven't tried this reshade since I'm getting a new monitor soon (hopefully) but it's great to see more of these still coming out.
Oh this looks nice, thank u very much, finally a just color correction which doesn't affect the performance almost at all. Small change yet such bigger improvement in game.

Mod looks awesome going by screenshots.

Reshade 3.0 finally has in-game menu now.
