dont expect too much, it's fun for a little while or maybe nice for making some screenshots. it`s kinda just a different way of experiencing Novigrad & Velen.
What would be a neat idea is if you could use this and the environmental features and textures from the desert location to build a small ofierie map, with some ofierie in npc’s and guards roaming about and even have the blacksmith set his tent there if that’s possible. Probably wouldn’t be that playable, but It would make for a nice cultural aesthetic, I always appreciated how the ofierie were essentially the middle eastern ppl of the lore, I wish they were featured more.
it looks great and maybe you can do a custom desert world with some quests using the tools used in this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/3611
he appears to be using AMM or The Geralt Doppler, not sure which; both mods will give you those armors, but the red trim texture file load error indicates it's the Geralt Doppler as I think AMM loads without the red error
In the 1st picture titled "sand", he is wearing the Skellige Udkike dlc14 armor (free dlc you can download from Steam or GoG), but to get it with the red piping trim, you have to use the Geralt Doppler Sandbox feature to load it to your character. The hood is Avallac'h's which is also weariable on Geralt via the Geralt Doppler sandbox feature. Can't tell what the rest of the gear is, the light glare is obscuring them too much.
In the 2nd image, the one title "Even more sand", he is wearing Olgierd's robes, which is available from a mod called "Robes and Shields" (which is updated frequently, it started out a few years ago with about 10 items and it's most resent update was only a couple of weeks ago and it has over 100 items of npc armor in it now.) The hood again is Avallac'h's and available from The Geralt Doppler sandbox. The fur collar is one of several titled "Skellige citizen" or "Skellige warrior" (can't tell which one it is without seeing the broach on the front - those are also available via the Geralt Doppler sandbox feature. The backpack of gear is "Traveling Merchant Pack" which is also from The Geralt Doppler sandbox feature.
The 3rd image "more sand" is once again the Skellige Undvik armor, via the red trim version found in the Geralt Doppler sandbox (the original has green and violet trim) The gloves are either Feline or Ofie, both craftable at most armors, but can't tell which one it is because of light glare. The hood is again, Avallac'h's, here uncovered so you can see the attached cape (it was covered in the other 2 images, but was still there) again from Geralt Doppler sandbox feature; the shoulder bag is Medic bag found in Geralt Doppler's sandbox; The boots are Witcher gear - Ursine I think, but not sure, craftable once you find the diagram via a treasure hunt quest in the base game.

Not even gonna install this, but you're getting an endorsement for the Dune love alone ;)

Hope that helps
