Description
Allows you to customize the charges on your oil without touching any xml files. By default my mod sets them to double (before the bonuses from the Fixative talent)

Installation
Use Nexus Mod Manager.

Customization

• Open the r4Player.ws file inside my mod.
• Search (Ctrl+f) for "modCustomOilCharges", it should be in the line 1071.
• At the end of the line simply change that 2 however you'd like. 
  e.g.: You could change it to 0.5 to halve the charges or 100 (or some other ridiculously high number) to have functionally infinite charges. You could even give it a flat bonus instead of a multiplier by replacing the * before the number with a + (or a -).
