All the Alchemy Portions, Decoctions, Oils and Bombs are ready.
All rare relic Swords including Aerondight, Vitis, Belhaven, Gesheft & Toussaunt Steel Sword are Found.
All the mutations are ready to use.
All talents in Alchemy/Combat/Signs and General trees ready to use. Just equip and use. ;) (Btw the reason I have all the trees unlocked and another 735 skill points is that I used cheat engine to get points. Don't worry It's legal. No body's gonna arrest you. ;) )
Don't worry any thing mentioned above aren't going to reset when you start the NG+.
Copy the Save game files to C:\Users\User\Documents\The Witcher 3\gamesaves folder.
