Simple tweak which removes shadows from some NPC vampires in the game. Made by request from reddit.
Works on most NPC vampires, but not for all lesser vampires - a lot of vampire creatures in the game have forced shadows and I have not found the way to disable it.
Installation:
Unpack archive into your "The Witcher 3\Mods" folder.
Check and fix possible conflicts with Script Merger (if you have more than one mod).
