Will you update your preset for the reshade release 1.0?

The new version supports windows 10. it would be great if you update your preset so windows 10 users can use your awesome preset again

I 2nd this. I guess I could manually compare the files and transcribe over but not sure if it would come out the same.

If anyone having trouble runing the preset on Windows 10 here is a little solution.

If you have installed windows 10 complete new (formating your hardrive and then installed windows 10)

      1. download the latest direct x drivers
      2. install the preset again downloading the reshade framework 19.0 again and the preset config files of uber fidelity suite

If you have updated to windows 10 from windows 7 or 8 like me remove the preset completly and do the same in step 2.

If you dont now how to toogle off/on the reshade preset go to your location where you witcher 3 folder is located "bin/x64/ReShade" and open common_settingsFX with notepad++ (DONT USE EDITOR OR SOMETHING ELSE BECAUSE IT MESSES UP THE CODING IN THE FILE)

Edit line 13 like this define "RFX_ToggleKey VK_F1"F1 is now the new toggle to turn off/on preset.

After that edit line 29 like this #define USE_RFX_ShowToggleMessage 1 (ingame will now show a message if you turn on/off the preset.

Start the game load your save and press F1 to turn it off and press again F1 to turn it on. Im sure you will see the difference

      It works well for me.

Still works for me on Win10 with patch 1.10

After patch 1.10 UBER didn't work at all

      What I did:

I was trying to get the Steam Overlay to work (i'm using the gog-Version of the game) and found this post regarding and fixing my problem.
      This one!

So following the instruction of post No.2 fixed the overlay problem.
If you're running the game through GOG Galaxy try going to C:\GOG Games\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\bin\x64 and delete dxgi.dll and d3d11.dll. The GOG version downloaded those files for some reason last night which interfere with things like SweetFX and Steam overlay.

Added a non-steam game (Witcher 3 in this case) to my library and loaded successfully into Witcher 3 with the overlay active but without UBER.

Later I decided to tackle the UBER problem again and reinstalled it (overwrote the existing files) like the mod-author suggests.
      VERSION 2.0 USERS:
      Download Reshade 19.0 http://reshade.me/forum/general-discussion/294-reshade-repository
Unzip Reshade 19.0 to your bin/x64 folder is (ignore the setup.exe) overwrite if prompted
Rename Reshade64.dll to D3D11.dll, overwrite ALL if prompted
Open UBER2.0.rar , open either Realistic or Cinematic folder, drop the files in that folder into bin/x64/RESHADE folder and overwrite ALL files.

And voilà that's it. At least for me.
Hope this will work for some of you guys as well.

      You are right RazSR.
Seems like reloading a checkpoint after death may cause the game to freeze in the loading screen as well.
At least if you try to load Novigrad (in my case)

Let's hope the mod-author will suprise us with his comeback :)

Edit: I've played a couple hours today and it seems like there is no big difference in loading time between UBER and vanilla (on my machine at least).

Plus if you die and would reload the last checkpoint the game still freezes, but you can avoid a freeze if you load the last checkpoint manually (there will be the story recap part but it'll load just fine).

Been a member of nexus mods since Oblivian and this is my very first post. I've tried most presets (all the ones on the top mods page) and in my opinion yours is the best one. This preset has made my gaming experience with Witcher 3 that much better. Your regular updates and responses to comments shows your dedication and hardwork, thus making people like me support your mod(s). Thanks for your preset, and hope to see more updates or new mods from you, especially when they release redkit.

From your readme file (aka 2.1 FUCKINGODDAMNREADMEFUCKINGCHRIST.txt)

ADD these lines anywhere: (Gives you Higher quality / sharper textures)
      [Streaming/Textures]
      UseMipRefiner=true
      CinematicModeMipBias=-0.3
      and EDIT:
TextureMipBias from -1 to -0.7 (To Remove Shimmering)
Gamma: from 1 to 1.36 (If you want the game brighter, set 1.38-1.42 . Not Recommended to set lower than 1.32)

I assume we can't just add those lines *anywhere*?

For this section it can be copied exactly as below and pasted into the ini. Can be pasted at the bottom with no problem.

      [Streaming/Textures]
      UseMipRefiner=true
      CinematicModeMipBias=-0.3

The other adjustments should alresdy be in your ini.

So, I'm yet one more happy user of your preset. I must say: this was the third one around here that I've tried and is now my favorite one of all. I don't feel like trying out another one so soon. I use the Xiorathha Edition 1.01 and only had a 1-3 FPS hit in exchange for a most enjoyable gaming experience.

The only thing I noticed was some lighting/color changes - during cutscenes mostly - but I don't think is a problem with your preset, but with the ReShade itself, the game or even my PC.

      So, Thanks! Very much. Really.

Hey man, I'm having a problem when i install this. I've done exactly as the instructions say. They aren't much different than any other graphics mod on here, all of which I've had no issues with until this one. The only problem is that when i start the game, the picture is split down the middle vertically, giving me the game on one side and a blank white screen on the other. any ideas? thanks in advance.

    UBER Fidelity Suite 2 RELEASED!!!
Extremely proud of this projekt I hope it all meets your expectations, I've done everything I can to balance all the issues that were in the first version as well as add some new "oomph" to version 2 without it being over exaggerated and silly/washed out/over bright. I'll list all changes and additions below

    Changes to Cinematic Luma sharpening
    VERY slight change to Curves
    VERY slight change to Tonemap
Made changes to Ambient Lighting, mild reduction for balance issues, the effect as it is now considered a "Polish" If you have FPS issues, DISABLE this first.
Added in "Bloom" effect and balanced it to the best I could "Took over 50+ comparison screenshots for balancing" Bloom Saturation might use some tweaking later on depending on feedback.
Made changes to GAUSS Blur for both presets, much higher quality without too much of a performance impact
Made changes to GAUSS Sharpening for Realistic, slightly higher quality
    Added Sigma to GAUSS Blur/Sharpening/Bloom
    Added Deband to remove artifacts
Made lots of changes to GAUSS Bloom for balancing purposes
Fixed the "Aura" effect around the moon, now looks 75% better! (Could be 100% but the performance cost isn't worth it, define GaussBloomQuality=12 if you want them completely gone, but it will cost you
Performance fixes for GAUSS category filters, if you want minimal higher quality effects set these to lines to 0 #define GaussTexScale 0
    #define BloomTexScale 0
Fixed some areas of the world which seemed "Too dark" For some users without sacrificing noticeable Darkness

I think thats it! quite a list of changes for a preset
enjoy guys! Once again, if you're having FPS issues, DISABLE AMBIENT LIGHTING FIRST!, the difference is quite small and now acts as a "Polish" effect

edit: If you downloaded before 12 AM 6/29/2015 you will need to redownload 2.0 as I had forgotten to aad MCFX.cfg. Whups!

I used the Heat Haze for fire effects first, and the debanding, so they are mine and no other modders are permitted to use it in their presets without first giving me credit for something I only used and didn't create myself!

      - My best Lautreamont impression

      Sorry couldn't help myself

Anyway, awesome looking screens, once I'm finished with the new version of my preset I'll download and check this out. I think you and I are the only ones on 0.19.0 so far, gotta see what you decided to do with all of the new toys we got.

FYI, your preset is still my fav - besides mine of course - this should already be above E3FX on the list by now in my opinion. Keep at it!

@Roxxtar, hahaha hell yes my friend, I couldn't agree more. That impression is spot on trololololol. I really appreciate that man, yours is growing pretty rapidly itself!!
I can't seem to get much out of Heat Haze for it to be somewhat noticeable. I tried pairing it with the advanced AL options but still doesn't seem to effect it much, might just disable it in this little update im working on and save people 2 fps. its just so subtle >_< debanding works pretty well though, im scared to take it too high as it seems to crush detail at higher levels. Thanks again man, I spend WAYYYY too much time trying to line up perfect shots though -____-. At this rate ill never finish Witcher 3. I agree about the E3FX stuff but that guy definitely got to it first and you know how a lot of people are these days im sure, They don't feel like having options or comparing because it takes more than 2 minutes so they just go for whats most popular, lol.

I'm starting to feel a little left out now
I should probably upgrade to ReShade 0.19.0 as well, I can't let you guys have all of the new toys to yourself!

Xiorathha, Uber 2.0 looks great, I love the balance you've added to everything. I used Uber 1.0 before and it felt like the intensity of it was a bit too strong for me. With Uber 2.0 I can finally see the beauty of this preset. (Its the best on Nexus right now imho, except for mine of course~)

"I spend WAYYYY too much time trying to line up perfect shots though -____-"
That pretty much explains the 100+ hours I have already put into the game lol. I can't stop going into free-cam to take a nice shot, although you my friend, take it way more seriously than I do, I can tell from those gorgeous shots

Anyway you guys keep doing what you do best, we need more awesome graphical mods to make it to the top!

Just tested it and looks really great, for my personal preference I use the Realistic version.

FPS Hit as in the Desc: 8-11, with my Hardware (Titan X) with everything maxed, Hairworks, HBAO+ and DSR 2560x1440@1080 still 48-55 fps so I'm good with it ;-)

I'll try to upload some screenshots later. FRAPS is causing CTD every time with the new ReShade .19

thats definitely the biggest issue I'm working on is trying to balance out the banding issues that some of the effects cause, you've done nothing wrong. its just a issue that all reshade presets that use these effects have. its very tedious because if I use deband it causes blurring across details and adds noise BUT it SOMEWHAT removes all the banding artifacts you see coming from the moon/sun. Even Default witcher 3 has really bad banding issues, just look to the sky at night in default witcher 3, not even at the moon, you can see lines that you will never be able to unsee lol, I have no fuckin idea why they couldn't eliminate this issue to begin with. Reshade effects only enhance the problem, sadly. I'll be working on this issue more than anything over the next couple of days and do my best to eliminate what I can without sacrificing quality. There are ways to eliminate it after some extensive testing Ive done but I have to find a way to balance it out so it doesn't effect the visual quality as a whole Appreciate the screens though. All in all this effect is somewhat enhanced by GAUSS Bloom.. although the moon definitely doesn't look near as bad as that on the screen. make sure you set gamma correctly and everything.

Realistic without a doubt. There are too much pretty details in the game to go for cinematic I feel and realistic really brings them out even more. Nice job!

      Cinematic all the way!!!
With the Gauss Sharpness, that you've applied in v2.1.1 it's sharper then before, but still not too unrealisticly sharp as the realistic version feels to me.
      Your preset absolutely rocks!
Though I got addicted to higher Gauss settings... >.<

Don't know if anyone even reads these anymore but here goes. I was lucky to find this jewel. After trying all of the lighting mods and reshades, even experimenting with making my own, this one was as close to what I needed to any of them for an OLED tv. This reshade really makes it shine with STLM 3.2. Excellent work and I will be downloading this for all my other games you provided this reshade for.

Can someone direct me to the proper Reshade for version 2.0? I follow the link to the depository and I don't see version 19.0

I see version 2.0. 3.0 etc. Under "Reshade Only" I find Reshade 0.19.0. Is this correct? If so, do I unzip the entire folder into the bin\64 folder, or do I just need the Reshade64.dll file?

Could anyone help me out, please? I am following installation instructions, currently I am trying to download all ReShade 19.0. files (one-by-one since I don´t have mediafire pro account) from link provided in instructions https://reshade.me/forum/general-discussion/294-reshade-repository

I can´t download three following files, because Malwarebytes blocks the mediafire download pages:

    1.
    From folder ReShade 3.0
    ReShade 3.0.0b1

    2.
    From folder ReShade Only
    ReShade 0.18.3 Public Beta

    3.
    From folder PB with Framwork
ReShade 0.17.1 Public Beta with Framework

I tried to look for these files on reshade.me forum, but I think I am too noob for this and don´t want to mess things up in the installation process. Could anyone share these three files, please?

//EDIT: Dustcoat was able to help, thank you!

So is there any way to make it work in Windows 10? This looks like the best graphics mod in the game, but I can't use it.

Works fine for me on Windows 10. Think you have to download directX June 2010 or something. I can't remember exactly it was long ago.

      EDIT
Or maybe you mean the reshade version is no longer available? Send me a PM and I'll send you the files.

I used this reshade for my first play through when it first was uploaded.
Since then I have tried all the lighting mods and many of the reshades that have come out for this game.
But I was never satisfied eventually uninstalling and trying something else or combinations of lighting mods, reshades.
So I was just looking through the reshade downloads again and said maybe I should try to use this again .It was great my first time around.
All I have to say is..even though its not being worked on anymore.I loaded the game up and I was blown away.It is perfect.
I downloaded the 19.2 framework and it runs smooth as butter.I use atmospheric nights,Realistic Weathers and a slightly modified Realistic Character Lighting fix
It is just beautiful. Exactly what I was looking for all this time. This Reshade is still the best one around in my opinion.

I just want to say thank you to the author for making this.

Hey I have no idea where to get reshade 19. The link on the main page links to reshade 3.0. How do I install this mod as of this date?
