Had this annoying glitch where I just couldn't get this achievement and I'm a sucker for achievements. While I was at it I thought to myself since I had so much trouble getting this simple thing done, I can make it easier for others, the result is this save file.

I only recommend using this save file for the achievement then removing it.
If you don't know how to get the save file into your game here's how:
1. Download the file manually. 2. Place said files into Documents/The Witcher 3/ Gamesaves. 3. Done.
Once you've done that just start the game and talk to the guy right infront of you and you should get the achievement. Easy peasy.
Something worth noting is that this actually isn't my original file, it is the result of long scouring and searching on the internet until I finally found one with just a few contracts left. The orginal file originates from reddit, Inspiration File. Thanks to RealityExit for the original save file.
