Hello and welcome to my first mod!
I'm a bit of a fan of the Viper Armor set and was disappointed to see that it didn't get a new tier set like the other Witcher Armors did in Blood and Wine.
So I did what most other people in my situation did: I waited for someone else to mod it for me. I got tired of waiting. ;)

I've went ahead and raised the Armor and Damage stats on the Viper Armor set, and its Viper Venomous Steel and Silver Swords. I didn't change any other stats on the Armor or Swords as I felt that they were still favorable compared to the other Armor and Sword sets. These changes are NewGame+ ready.

The optional files include Set Bonuses for every other Witcher School as well as everything else mentioned above.
Because of this, you can mix and match Viper Armor with whatever set that matches the optional file you downloaded and still have a full Set Bonus!
You might be thinking "Why on earth didn't he just make a unique Set Bonus for the Viper Armor?" and the answer is this: I really don't know how to do that as I've only enough modding experience to do just what I've done today.

ATTENTION!: Unequip your Viper Gear before activating any of the optional files or you might suffer the negative value set bonus glitch!
