Debug Console Enabler v1.31

WORKS ON 1.31 version GOTY and non GOTY GoG & Steam


- To install, just copy the "plugins" folder and the "dssound.dll" file to "The Witcher 3 Main Folder -> bin -> x64" Done.

     Gog  -> "GalaxyClient\Games\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\bin\x64"
  
   Steam -> "Steam\steamapps\common\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\bin\x64"
