    hi you probs dont read comments or even monitor this mod anymore but after installing this mod i keep getting this

      also if this helps i have Friendly Hud installed aswell

      Friendly Hud has this option built in - hide dlc icons-but you may have another mod overwriting it.

      For me, it was God Mode. I had to merge with friendly hud getting all priority and then go back and manually add the god mode lines to the script.

    I have Version 1.31 Steam,
    your version 1.31 doesen't work, but your 1.30 work,
    Why? Is that normal?

      The 1.31 version is for the goty version of the game. The 1.30 version works with stock 1.30 and 1.31. I'll update the file descriptions.

      The first start with 1.31, the programm say, congratulations for the GOTY edition, but i haven't buy "the" GOTY-Edition, i have only all DLC,
      Does the GOTY-Edition look different in the menu?

    Hi. It doesn't work on GOTY 1.31.

    edit: it was a script merger error. Some compatibility issues with 'Atmospheric nights' mod. I don't know how to fix it.

      I uploaded an optional file that is compatible with GOTY version of the game.

    Interesting mod. Can you make standalone package with hidden version of the game only? That v 1.21 or v 1.30 or v X.XX under Witcher 3 logo is destroying composition of main menu in my opinion

      I'll do it later, but for now open Mods\modNoMainMenuExpansionNotice\content\scripts\game\gui\main_menu\ingameMenu.ws

      and comment out line 152 (put two forward slashes in front of it), so it looks like this:


      //m_fxSetVersion = m_flashModule.GetMemberFlashFunction("setVersion");


      You can also comment out line 151 (the line above) to remove the username in the bottom right of the main menu:


      //m_fxSetCurrentUsername = m_flashModule.GetMemberFlashFunction("setCurrentUsername");

      I'm afraid not. Although that only happens once so I'm not sure there's any point in trying to remove it.

      Are you using the steam version? I have the GOG version and I don't think it's happened since heart of stone (tbh I don't remember it ever happening). Come to think of it, maybe it's because I don't have any dlc installed?

      Your user.settings file might be on "read-only" mode, that's why it keeps popping up. You can open it and check the line "HasSeenEP2WelcomeMessage". Set it to "true" and it never shows again.

      It's just a friendly reminder.

      It's super nice to have when you leave the game and come back after say 1 year, you literally don't remember what patch version your on or anything else you have.
