It's Absolute.
It's Prerelease.

(With STLM 3.1.1)

So you just installed that "E3" lighting mod and then immediately felt: "something is still missing..."?
I had that feeling, too. Until I created this ReShade preset.

Intended to be used with one of these:

-Super Turbo lighting Mod - STLM (http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/657/)*
-Wiedzmin Lighting Mod - WLM (http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/2358/)**
-STWLM**
-Tooka's Lighting Mod
-STLM Nudel
-STLM Mezziaz
-Any other "STLM 3-based" lighting mod

Partially compatible with E3 Lighting Mod: sometimes it can be a little too bright and some foliage can look too blue-ish.

NOT compatible with PLM
NOT compatible with Immersive Lighting
And of course, NOT compatible with Vanilla or "Vanilla-like" lighting mods
Don't see your lighting mod listed here? So this is probably NOT compatible with it
Please don't request to make it compatible with these mods.

* (Looks best with STLM version 3.1.1, closest possible to E3 2014, link for STLM 3.1.1 can be found at "Files" tab, check "Recommended mods" section below for some STLM 3.1.1 fixes)
** (Anamorphic lens flares aren't usually visible with WLM or STWLM due to the lower max exposure in those lighting mods)

About the mod:

Improves every lighting situation with advanced post-processing filters.
A lot of work and testing have been put in this preset, in order to bring the closest to prerelease color balance and effects, while maintaining gameplay-friendly look.
This won't hurt your eyes in any way, nor your game performance (unlike some other ReShade presets).

(With STLM 3.1.1)

Features:

-Prerelease-based balanced bloom. This includes the "purple bloom" effect from E3 2014 35 minute gameplay demo.
-Prerelease-based balanced anamorphic lens flares. The brightest lightsources now cast horizontal lines just like in E3 2014 35 minute gameplay demo.
-Accurate prerelease-based color balance, brightness and contrast that work well in every situation. 100% story-tested.
-Very low performance impact (at 1080p, 0fps - 3fps, depends on scene and hardware).
-Slightly reduced greenish yellow tint to resemble pre-release browns, purples and color temperature.
-No more "oversaturation" - in any lighting condition.
-No more ugly "glowing" yellows or orange.
-Very subtle film grain. This helps to alleviate color banding.
-Slightly reduced overall saturation in Toussaint, without killing the "colorful" atmosphere.

Installation:

MAKE SURE ORIGIN/STEAM/GOG OVERLAY IS DISABLED.
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE ANY RESHADE/SWEETFX INSTALLED, COMPLETELY DELETE IT OR MOVE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE (INCLUDING DXGI.DLL OR D3D11.DLL, AND .FX FILES) BEFORE INSTALLING.

-Download this mod (Absolute Prerelease ReShade), extract it, and drag its content to "The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\bin\x64"
-Overwrite files if asked.
-If ReShade isn't working, or if you are getting an error, please rename "d3d11.dll" to "dxgi.dll".
