The purpose of this preset was receive the effect based on my observations of lighting/shadowing/colours behaviour in the nature.

Non-pitch black shadows/"burning" sky and natural colours. Screenshots won't show the beauty of this game. The base one to creating this settings was preset called "1.000 Times Better" by RainyNguyen. I made some tweaks to receive the effect best as possible. Thank you, Rainy!
Performance: The fps hit is very insignificant (for me it was 0 fps).
My advices about relations with in-game graphics options:
*Sharpening - Off or LOW (Off preferred)
*AA - ON (Witcher's AA isn't so nice but without it you might get grass flickering).
*Texture quality - ULTRA or HIGH
In the package you can find saved game for tests. Just put it to your directory with saved games and check how it looks during the sunny day in the wood.
Installation: Put the package content to .../The Witcher 3/bin/x64. That's all.
