Update 12/29/2021 newly added swords and glyphs etc. I refined the inventory in this update. See video. There is choice selections for the blacksmith in White Orchard ready for customization. 

I recommend God Mode mod as you will need it for carrying weight and to modify weapons and armors soon after you get to Willis at the forge to complete his mission Twisted Firestarter. Keep this save the way it is for your ride into White Orchard or customize it for yourself. Fix things for your personal save or edits. What you don't want drop it in the fire using Quen.

There are multiple swords to put a variant of enchantments on. The new video shows the starting inventory etc. All points for every skill new game save in the beginning at White Orchard for a normal play through. Hand selected steel and silver swords. Plus a lot of armor and a few crossbows. Added mutagens, potions, decoctions, oils, bombs, runes and glyph's etc. The armors in this save have the least amount of animated flaws.
