A new SweetFx preset to liven up TW3. The preset makes the game resemble the gfx style of boderlands by using cel-shading. The preset is a simple sweetfx file. Get SweetFx from here - http://reshade.me/sweetfx
Simply replace the sweetfx settings txt file n the SweetFx folder with my one and Enjoy.
