So wtf does this mod do?
This mod makes the game much more beautiful, and graphically immersive! With an easy installation and minimal fps loss!
I have a 2FPS loss, sometimes less, you might get more or less fps loss, it depends on your pc and settings i guess. My pc is under the minimum required specs to play the game, so I am pretty sure your rig can handle it.
MY PC SPECS:
GPU: GTX 750 TI
CPU: I3-3220
RAM: 8 GB 1666MHZ
FEATURES:
-ADDED BLOOM THAT INTERACTS WITH THE ENVIRONMENT UNLIKE THE GAME'S FAKE BLOOM
-ADDED SMAA ANTI-ALIASING FOR CRISPER VISUALS (especially at long distances and around foliage and trees)
-ADDED COLORMOD THAT IMPROVES THE GAME'S COLORS FOR A MUCH MORE PLEASING EXPERIENCE!
-ADDED AMBIENT LIGHT FOR MORE REALISTIC LIGHTING
-IMPROVED SHADOWS
-IMPROVED AMBIENT OCCLUSION (significantly on textures)
-IMPROVED REFLECTIONS AND WATER
-IMPROVED TEXTURE'S COLORS AND TONE
-IMPROVED LIGHTING AND LIGHT SOURCES FOR BETTER BLEND IN THEIR ENVIRONMENT
So from now on, you will have a much more immersive experience visually with minimal performance cost.
Note:
The game starts with the mod on, to turn it off and/or on again just press the "SCROLL LOCK" button on your keyboard!
This can also help if you want to see the difference between the vanilla game and my mod!
This mod can also be used on any other game that runs on directx 11 as far as I can tell, same installation as below.
INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:
Unzip "Zyko's FX" and copy the 3 files inside (reshade.fx,d3d11.dll,ReShade) and paste them where your original witcher3.exe is located
If you downloaded the game from steam, the location would be here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Witcher 3\bin\x64
