It may not look the most consistent, but it took a considerable amount of work to get this thing done...
Spawn the reindeer with the normal call horse button, may not work on controller. The Reindeer will spawn behind You!
Press the jump button to start flying...
While flying, Jump button makes You go up, and C by default makes it go down, C is the IK_C=(Action=SwordSheathe) under [Horse] in input.settings
Sprint/Gallop key makes you go faster!
IF while flying you get a bit too far away from Your Reindeer then just land and start flying again :)

- added snow to all areas

- Now the Reindeer has a red nose :)
- While flying and turning you now tilt towards the turn, so it looks more natural
