My own SweetFX / ReShade settings for Witcher 3
I aimed it to make the game look sharper and "better" i do not like the sharpen option ingame as it seems to use more power then it should and this annoyed me from the very get go as i don't have a very high end rig with this preset you get a sharper looking TW3 at almost no FPS cost (1 - 2 FPS reduction) this preset is based of another preset called Powerplay i just adjusted a few things to suit me
Ingame settings i would advise to have turned off
Blur / Motion blur - OFF
Sharpen - OFF
