1: Download the TW3 Georgian Loacalization mod

2: Extract downloaded .zip

3: drop the extracted "Content" and "Mods" folder into your
game directory, located
at "Steam\steamapps\common\The Witcher 3"
4: start the Game and in language select English
that's it, enjoy ;)
