Hopefully temporary fix for BabaBooey88's excellent SSAO Tweak mod for "us" non-rt users.

SSAO Tweak by BabaBooey88 is quite an excellent mod but to work best you need to use some form of RT. Minimum requiring the use of HBAO+ and setting SSR to high or "ON". Further digging i found that TW3 uses some form of screen space reflection even with the setting turned off. However with DX12 SSR high/ON is a form of RT which explains why it is so demanding. Also explains why the setting does nothing on DX11. Anyhow i can't run RT in the game and I certainly don't like losing up to half my framerate just by turning "on" screen space reflections in the game.
With this mod i simply restore to vanilla a portion of his mod that affect the eyes. This way you can benefit from the rest of what BabaBooey88's mod has to offer. Hopefully this is only needed as temporary and he can make changes that us non-rt plebs can use. =D
