Tweak to appearance of Dandalion.
Made with redkit and tested in next-gen version.
Alters Dandalion, and Dandalion only. Every item is unique for him, so any altered textures do not effect other NPCs.

Appearance changes:
- replaced barrete with something closer to what he wore during TW2
- removed upper mustache "hair" to be closer to TW2
- cheap shirt with badly done pattern and tweaked normalmapt to make sleeve part be leather as well
- added lute to his back with strap made to notclip with vest
- red pants with gray boots with blue slight tint
