Adds clean version of Gaetan the Witcher with optional mod to replace Letho during Battle of Kaer Morhen and CPC compatible version + Gaetan in grandmaster armor

Made with redkit and tested in next-gen version.
Alters Gaetan, and Gaetan only. Every item is unique for him, so any altered textures do not effect other NPCs.

Appearance changes:
- changed regular texture, normalmap and ambient to achieve fully clean face
- changed textures to achieve armor with no holes and blood
- cat school boots are back with correct color
Other changes:
- Teigr is permanentlly displayed on Gaetan when summon with MCME
- his second sword has matching scabbard
- added optional version with grandmaster armor
- additional petards in inventory for Gaetan to use during combat
Optional files:
- makes game use Gaetan's NPC entity instead of Letho's with no weird stretched animations
