You just have to be very careful where your mouse is. Like it was mentioned in the previous post, there's a link that interferes with the 'Next' button. I recommend trying to put your mouse as low or high on the 'Next' button as possible to avoid clicking on the link. The launcher for this is poorly optimized, apparently, but I was having the same issue and that's what worked for me.
its because the link that takes you to this page is hovering right above the next button. hover your mouse pointer until you notice that the next button its highlited.
