Yes, I removed them due to a shader bug, unfortunately there is a small chance that they will restore them in 5.1 but I will try to do something with that. Unfortunately I think not possible, but you can try to merge 4.8 with 5.0 (I have no idea if and how it will work).
Try to do something like that: rename 4.8 to 0modHDReworkedProject2 and 5.0 to 00modHDReworkedProject1 and place these two folders in mods folder. Let me know if it works or not.
Sadly it didn`t work. I tried renaming it to 0modHDReworkedProject2, 00modHDReworkedProject2, 01modHDReworkedProject2 but none of that made the water reflections work. =/
