This is so cool, but also, I don't know what it is that those designs of a natural person's face make Geralt's face look like cardboard kind, that flat specialty on the eyes, eyebrows, and forehead. It happens to the other type of Henry's mods so far... But overall the best so far!

Thanks, I believe it because the texture we use is from real life picture where in this image we combine few close up picture of Cavill but still can't find the picture with super details of the point you say.

Where in the vanilla game they draw so detail or other game they use high 360° photo from the actor to get high details.

you can try to mix a normal map from the game with the albedo, so you can get the skin pores to have a more natural look, then in addition with the custom normal (i guess the nomal map has cavill's wrinckle details) you can give it more accurate details

I try already with v8 of my texture version.
Because we use real picture and in D map already have pores, If the pores at normal map doesn't seat at the same position with the Diffuse map, it will couse weird pores shadow.
At the blur area should be work fine.

But thank you I will have a look again for this method.

You can try to place your D map on a pink (skin tone of course) bg, and then use the eraser tool (im talking about photoshop) to delete everything except for the wrinckles, brows and mouth. It takes time but then you can add the normal map on it to get a nice result (turn the normal map in black and white before u blend it, i usally add it as another layer, turn it black and white, and then use the soft light as blending option, then you can adjust the intensity with the visibility option). It looks great btw, i just think the wrinckles on the forehead are too heavy
