      it's long loose Hair style addHair3 in console command.
      I'm thinking to do the long ponytail as well lets see if we have time for it.

    Just a quick comment.His forearms look skinny.

      Yes, we try to not touch the forearms, hips, hand, foot and lower body to avoid clipping with other armors, so those parts are stay vanilla.
