Replace Shaved Pony Tail Hair Style

still in progress, will come with variant collor,
pony tail and tail bangs have physics but pony tail a bit glitch like in the picture above because the weight (it really difficult to make it corect with this tube mesh), I can't fix it for now.

I will release it more or less in same time with v10.

      The stubble is like previous post, black thin for 1st stage, 2nd stage like picture above.
      Black beard variant will loose the witcher immersion.
