Playing around with different Yennefer mods.
Face shape is prototype yen
Face texture is the 80% w scar from lore friendly face and eyes for yennefer
Eyes are from lore friendly face and eyes for yennefer
Top is from lore friendly black and white dress for Yennefer - version x without the feathers.
Hair is the "always yen lore hair" option from improved yennefer
and I don't know why her star is broken. I assume from mixing mods. edit: answer in the comments.

If yes then star is broken because of that mod, only thing to fix it is to wait an update
