The dark blue horse is Emhyr's gift, violating the rural image of Geralt. The inability to change the horse is one of the many trifles not made by the authors for this game. The new stable with the Roach swap feature is definitely very useful and needed. A wonderful winery doesn’t give the feeling of being owned, you can’t just sit somewhere and just sit. A large house looks like a museum, only paintings and weapons, it is simply not possible to live in it.
