The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is a wonderful game. It's got everything you'd want in a great RPG: it's jam-packed with lore, has a rich, detailed world, and the combat is fun and engaging. The only problem is that it can cause some serious damage to your PC if you use it incorrectly. One of the things that sets The Witcher apart from other RPGs like Skyrim or Fallout 4 is how quickly it can turn your computer into spaghetti if you don't watch out for some of its more advanced features. If you're not careful, your PC could get fried beyond repair by the time you finish playing through The Witcher 3. I think it's not a mod, simply you use too much potions then the toxicity goes to maximum and Geralt starts look like that for some time.
Edit: If you want a mod that looks like he has high toxicity you should search a mod about it, I have this mod that makes look Geralt very pale https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/999
