Sleeps in a bed and has garlic ropes in his cellar -- I'm starting to like this Regis fellow.

It's funny how much "anti vampire garlic" I find on felled guards (junk category), yet garlic really seems to have no effect on vampires.
Regis might even be partial to the smell

Only higher vampire I've run into yet is Rejk in Novograd, and he was a pretty paltry higher vampire compared to Regis. I kinda like Regis.

There's a lot of debate out there on the intertubes about Hubert Rejk. Basically, CDPR messed up in saying he was a higher vampire.
He was just a run of the mill Katakan killed by Geralt The Higher ones can't be killed except by another of their kind.

I thought my sons could pack it away I seriously considered locking the fridge at one time! At least she cooks....my boys only learned to out of necessity. These Vampire types sure are a pain in the butt for all their this and that. It's a wonder Geralt doesn't just wack them on site or at least charge them for the boot leather he wears out on their errands

Vampires in The Witcher universe are among the most powerful creatures existing; even a seasoned witcher like Geralt would not stand a chance against a superior vampire (like Regis) who would really try to kill him.
Well, he would have a chance, a very little one, if he is prepared beforehand.
But that would still not be enough, because vampires can't be killed by an human, even if he is a witcher: even their head severed and their body destroyed would not kill them, the body would regenerate entirely.
Only a superior vampire (at least) can really kill another superior vampire, but vampires don't usually fight each others.

@jacob Well she has been hungry for real food for quite a long time With my people (Italian American), most of us learn to cook out of love for food. Mostly pasta dishes of course.
@clanggedin True. I had Geralt lop off Regis's arm in the sun awhile ago (he replaced Djikstra), and have difficulty fighting the Beast of Beauclair at night. Though the sun should carry no penalty for Witcher universe vampires. Regis did reform from a pile of ooze, and they don't typically kill each other because it's forbidden in vampire society.
